Players Travel maintains a $5M business liability policy, a $2M Errors and Omissions insurance
policy, and each of the Players Travel team members is bonded.
Stockholders
Lee Kissner is the sole stock holder for Players Travel. In his previous Vice President and President
positions, Lee has been approved for Level 1 gaming licenses in both Nevada and Illinois.
